Q: Are you a licenced company?
A. Yes. We are licenced by the Transport for London under (PCO) public carriage office. Licence Number: 05600/01/01
Q: Is your service available day and night?
A. Yes. We operate 24 hours 7 days a week, all through the year.
Q: what is a private hire vehicle?
A. A private hire vehicle is a private vehicle (either owned or hired by a driver or Private hire/Minicab company) for the transportation of persons or parcels from A to B. Private hire vehicles are also known as Minicabs, which are registered with the P.C.O. (Public Carriage Office) and have to undergo stringent testing every six months. The drivers and company are also registered with the P.C.O. and all vehicles have to display a badge both on the front & rear windows the colour of which changes every year. Private hire vehicles are also required to have a special insurance which is known as Hire & Reward insurance.This is not goods in transit insurance, so if you are transporting goods of a high value they will travel at your own risk unless you take out your own insurance.
Q: Are your prices fixed?
A. Yes. The prices are fixed for pre booked transfers. But if there are any additional drop offs, pickups or diversions there will be additional charges.
Q: Will I incur any extra charges if my plane is delayed or cancelled by the airline?
A. No, as we will track your flight landing time we will be aware of any delays or cancellations and we will dispatch our driver according to the new landing time.
Q: What happens after I have made an online booking?
A. We will review your request and send you an email confirming the booking with a booking confirmation.
Q: How long will the driver wait for us?
A. The driver will wait approx 45-60 minutes from the time the plane lands before calling you on your mobile, in the event that the driver is unable to contact you, the driver will make a paging call from the Airport Information desk; wait 15 minutes by the information desk with a meeting broad and then make enquiries with airline staff, customs and immigration. Only then will the driver leave if he has been unable to contact the passenger/s.
Q: We have childen travelling with us, can you provide child/infant seats?
A. Yes. Please tell us the ages of the children.
Q: How do I find my driver at the airport?
A. Our driver will wait in the arrival hall with your name card usually by the airport information desk.
Q: Can I smoke in the car?
A. No. We operate a strict no smoking policy in all our vehicles.
Q: Will I be sharing with anyone else?
A. No. We do not operate a shared taxi service.
Q: What do I do if I can't locate my driver?
A. Please call us on 020 8561 2301 or +44 (0) 20 8561 2301 and our admin team will help you find your driver in the terminal.
Q: What type of service do you provide?
A. We provide clients with a vehicle and a driver to their requested specifications to take them to or from the airport of their choice, to or from any destination.
Q: How easy is it to book a car with you?
A. Very! All you do is tell us: What type of vehicle you want. Where and when you want it. It's done!!! As easy as one, two, three !!!

A. From London to UK wide destinations.

A. We meet and greet passengers from the following airports:

Q: How can I pay for this service?
A. We accept all major credit cards as payment (Paypal).
Q: Can I pay in cash?
A. Yes you can, simply pay the driver on the date of your journey (payments are accepted in GBP).
Q: Is Tip included in the price?
A. No. It is at the passengers discretion.
